erm, i just finished training when my sister called and said to come over and we can catch a cab from city to Penrith [yes, you heard right, cab] anyways, i thought [and so did she] that we should be home before 11.30 but anyway, she tried to upload her work onto the ftp so the London office can use it, but something went wrong, and the whole system went haywire. so we wuz stuck till like 3 in the morning. but i must say, her workplace is like heaven, beer is plentiful, and wine and champers...even $7 a bottle sparkling water from Italy [i didn't know Italy made sparkling water..hee] and broadband internet. the only downside of course, the presence of Macs. no other platforms but Mac. speaking of which, the Netscape is version 4.7, and i tried using IE as well, it was 4.5 i think, and it still looked pretty horrid. anyways, back to watching Lodoss War...
