Since Nick has had a go at the naming conventions/useless info stuff, i might as well too. I think my parents originally planned on naming me Philip John Jones (after my paternal grandfather) but they decided it sounded a bit disjointed, so they went for John Philip Jones. Which I do appreciate, since I would hate being called (a) Junior (who's seen Indiana Jones & the Last Crusade?), or (b) PJ (yes, JJ > PJ). Besides, if I took the dog's name I'd be called Lita, and I'd have a girl's (bitch's? emale dog?) name. ANYway, I got the Jones from my paternal great grandfather, who was some GI at the now gone subic naval base in the Philippines. Oh, and one last useless piece of name info - the people at my girlfriend's work refer to me as Jim. NFI.
